Can't Stop Must Survive: Speed Survivors [Godot 4.1.1]

This was created for day 3 of the Pass the GAME Challenge 2023 jam. Made with Godot 4.1.1

Updates to the Day 2 entry include:
* Added health and dying
* Left Mouse Button now boosts
* When hitting a certain speed, you start to shoot
* When hitting a certain speed, you are invincible and hurt enemies
* Fixed visual look of particles expanding
* Removed recoil, was causing visual bug of moving the character
* Added walls as bumpers
